RETURNS - Galtech International requires a Galtech issued Return Authorization # to return any product back to the factory. Once an umbrella is determined to be under warranty, then a replacement product will be sent out. Items that are a result of wind damage or misuse are not considered to be under warranty. Broken ribs would not fall under our warranty policy unless received broken. Any damaged product must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt of product. Galtech is not responsible if item is lost or damaged in the return shipment back to Galtech. All claims of damaged goods or mis-shipments must be accompanied by a digital photograph. RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING - Preference returns are subject to a 25% restockfee plus freight in both directions. Items that have been used and are not in sellable condition will not be eligible for credit. Preference returns are strongly discouraged.
COMMERCIAL UMBRELLAS - Only those umbrellas labeled as commercial umbrellas will be warranted for commercial usage. Umbrellas that will be warranted for commercial use are the following:
Wood Umbrellas — 121/221,131,132/232, 136,183,531TK, 532TK
Aluminum Umbrellas- 722, 732,762,772,735,782,781,791, 792, 725,715
Under no circumstances will any umbrellas with a crank or tilt feature be warranted in commercial applications. All warranty claims
for umbrellas with crank or tilt in a commercial setting will be denied and returned to the source in which it came from. "Commercial
Settings" include Restaurants, Hotels, Country Clubs, Community Pools or any non residential location. Cantilever umbrellas are not
warranted in any commercial setting at any time. All umbrellas that are drop shipped to a commercial establishment are considered to be a commercial sale
and will be subjected to the commercial umbrella policy.
