Your Account

Many Decor Outdoor services require a registered account. Both residential and trade account holders may need to be logged in with a valid payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that take place through your account.

Adults 18 and older may purchase items on our site using a credit card or other accepted payment method. Decor Outdoor reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit customer-generated content, or cancel orders at its discretion.

Electronic Communications

When you use Decor Outdoor Services, you may communicate with us electronically. You agree to receive electronic communications from Decor Outdoor, including email, text messages, mobile push notifications and on-site messages, and you may retain copies for your records.

You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications Decor Outdoor provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

User Content

Decor Outdoor may allow you to submit content through reviews, testimonials, questions, comments, suggestions, photos, videos and similar materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Decor Outdoor a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, translate, distribute and display that content without restriction or compensation. You also grant Decor Outdoor the right to use the name you submit in connection with that content.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not violate any copyright, trademark, patent, license, intellectual property or privacy right of any third party
• Is content you own or are authorized to license to Decor Outdoor
• Is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or otherwise harmful, and does not contain viruses, spam or commercial solicitations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decor Outdoor for claims resulting from User Content submitted or published by you or any third party. Decor Outdoor does not endorse User Content and reserves the right to monitor, refuse, edit or remove it at its discretion.

Copyright

Unless otherwise noted, all content included in or made available through Decor Outdoor Services — including text, graphics, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and audio or video clips — is the property of Decor Outdoor or its suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content included in or made available through Decor Outdoor Services is the exclusive property of Decor Outdoor and is likewise protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, modification, transmission, distribution or republication of content on our site is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks

All graphics, logos, icons, service marks and trade names used by Decor Outdoor are trademarks of Decor Outdoor in the U.S. and other countries and may not be used in connection with any product or service not owned by Decor Outdoor.

All other trademarks appearing in any Decor Outdoor communication or content are the property of their respective owners. Those entities may or may not be affiliated with or endorsed by Decor Outdoor.

Licenses & Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Decor Outdoor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of Decor Outdoor Services.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of product listings, descriptions, articles or other content for the benefit of any third party. No part of any Decor Outdoor Service may be reproduced, sold or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Decor Outdoor.

Product Descriptions

Decor Outdoor strives to present product descriptions and other content as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all information on our site is current, correct, accurate or complete. Product details come from manufacturers, and specifications may change over time. If a product is not, in a meaningful way, as described, your sole remedy is to request cancellation of the order. Please review our Return Policy for details.

Colors

We make every effort to show products clearly through photography, renderings and swatches provided by our manufacturing partners. However, colors shown on screens may differ from how products appear in person because monitors and mobile devices display color differently. We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on our site will be fully accurate.

Finishing

Many products on our site are made from natural materials, have hand-applied finishes or involve aging and weathering processes. Variation should be expected from piece to piece. Whether it is paint variation, oxidized metal or natural woodgrain, those differences are part of the product's character and should not be considered defects.

Pricing

Decor Outdoor cannot confirm the price of an item until it has been verified with the manufacturer and the order has been accepted. Despite reasonable efforts, some items on our site may occasionally be mispriced due to data-entry errors, delayed manufacturer updates or other reasons.

Decor Outdoor reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time without notice. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been submitted, we will contact you to determine whether you want to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Warranties

Decor Outdoor works with reputable manufacturers who produce luxury residential and commercial products using high-grade materials and production processes. Each manufacturer provides its own warranty coverage, which can vary by product type and the options selected.

Returns, Refunds & Title

Decor Outdoor accepts returns of most items displayed on our site, provided they meet the manufacturer's requirements for product eligibility, issue type, documentation and timing. Some fees may apply, and refunds may be partial, full or issued as store credit depending on the circumstances.

Decor Outdoor is an online-only retailer and does not take title to products during the process of delivering your order from the manufacturer's warehouse to you. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
