Does Shadowspec have a short lead time for orders?
In-stock orders with standard quick-ship canopy colors (Oyster, Alpine Stone, Charcoal Tweed & Black) ship out of Houston, TX and typically ship within 1-3 weeks. Out of stock items, special order fabric colors and custom branding may take up to 12 weeks.

Shadowspec outdoor umbrellas are commercial-grade but you can extend their useful life and keep them looking great by keeping them clean and well-maintained. Brush off loose dirt and don’t let leaves and other debris accumulate and potentially hinder the shade’s performance. Be sure to clean bird droppings and pollen from the canopy to avoid staining. Make sure the umbrella is dry before closing, covering and storing it.

The frames of Shadowspec’s Serenity and Unity Umbrellas have a best-in-class 6-year warranty*, while the Sunbrella® fabric has a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.
*NOTE - Commercial applications have a 3-year guarantee
Shadowspec’s warranty excludes:
- Damage due to negligence, accident, wind, water or snow accumulation, improper installation, failure to follow maintenance instructions and natural aging or fading
- Damage from exposure to hazardous atmospheric conditions
- Slight color variations from swatches due to manufacturing processes
- Repair costs incurred by a third party
