Decor Outdoor carries luxury patio umbrellas, furniture, lighting and décor, but we still want to offer you a competitive price whenever possible. Sometimes manufacturers introduce temporary promotions or closeout pricing that do not appear consistently across all authorized online retailers right away.

If you find one of our items offered at a lower price on another qualifying website, let us know before placing your order and we will review it for a possible price match.

Price Match Requirements

• The item must be identical in brand, model, size, finish, configuration and options.
• The total competing price must include shipping charges.
• The item must be new and not discounted because it is a floor model, open-box item, damaged item, clearance item or returned merchandise.
• The competing offer must come from a U.S.-based website that is an authorized retailer for the manufacturer.
• The advertised price must comply with that brand’s pricing restrictions and policies.
• The offer must not come from an auction site, flash sale, marketplace seller, discount club or other non-standard selling channel.

How to Alert Us

If you find a lower qualifying price, please send us the product information and links through our contact form before placing your order. We may ask for additional details, including the competing product link, screenshots and shipping cost information, so we can verify the offer accurately.

If the item and seller qualify, we will match the price or let you know whether another adjustment is available. All price match requests are reviewed case by case and must be approved before purchase.
