Sifas reserves the right on how to resolve any claim by repair or replacement of the involved components. Buyer remorse or subjective returns for any other reason are not accepted.

IMPORTANT - When receiving a freight shipment from Sifas, it is vital that you not only confirm the package count and note any damage to boxes in photos and writing before signing acceptance, but open boxes and inspect products while the driver is present too. This will ensure a smooth claim process if there is damage.
