This large rectangular metal base is made from black powder-coated steel and is designed to fit the Woodline Papillon Shade Pavilion.
The Woodline Rectangular Metal Base Set supports the two posts of the Papillon Shade Pavilion without requiring deck or underground mounts. The set includes two 88 lb steel plates and Papillon-specific 2¾-inch stainless steel support tubes. A black powder-coated finish helps the plates resist corrosion.
Each plate provides ballast beneath one post, leaving the space between the supports open for furniture. The bases don't require excavation, but their footprint needs to be included in the pavilion layout. Keep the edges clear of chair movement and walkways.
Papillon Fit & End-to-End Layouts
One pair supports a single Papillon. Confirm the pavilion's post spacing before assembly and use the supplied Papillon-specific tubes rather than choosing a connection by diameter alone.
The base design also accommodates two Papillons placed end to end, extending coverage along a longer furniture arrangement. Before ordering for a connected layout, confirm the number of bases, their positions and any additional hardware required.
Designed for the Woodline Papillon Shade Pavilion. Pavilion structures and canopy accessories are sold separately.
Holes in the plates allow optional bolt-down installation when the pavilion will stay in a fixed position. Check the supporting surface and required anchors before installation. Don't assume the assembly hardware includes fixings for your deck or paving.

Customers must sign for the delivery and retain all packing materials, boxes, tubes, wrapping, etc until the merchandise is checked and no damages are evident. If the customer is unable to open the boxes and inspect at the time of delivery, please make sure that they do not sign their name on the Bill of Lading but write “PENDING INSPECTION” instead.
