The Shademaker Libra Replacement Canopy lets you replace damaged or worn fabric, refresh an outdoor color scheme or keep a spare ready for an existing Libra Centerpost Umbrella. For cafes, hotels and restaurants, a compatible backup can help reduce downtime and keep guests comfortably shaded when fabric needs replacing. This product includes the fabric canopy only, not the umbrella frame or base.
Choose from furniture- and awning-grade outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella®, O'Bravia®, Tempotest® and Outdura®, according to the available selections. Solution-dyed acrylic and polyester options offer fade resistance for outdoor use, with colors ranging from classic neutrals to rich accent tones. When coordinating several umbrellas, specify the fabric brand and color code rather than relying on a color name alone.
Confirm Your Libra Version Before Ordering
Shademaker redesigned Libra in 2023. Select the Old or New design, then choose the size and shape that match your existing umbrella. Nominal dimensions alone do not establish compatibility. If you are unsure which version you have, send us a photo before ordering and we will help identify the appropriate canopy.
For properties with multiple Libra umbrellas, check each unit. Umbrellas purchased or replaced at different times may belong to different design generations, and square and octagonal canopies are not interchangeable.
For cafes and dining terraces, changing the canopy color can give individual table settings a fresh look or bring existing umbrellas into a new design scheme. Coordinate the fabric with seat cushions, table finishes and surrounding decor. If you keep spare canopies, label them by umbrella version, size, shape and fabric code so staff can find a compatible replacement that also matches the setting.
If the fabric was damaged, check the ribs and canopy attachment points before fitting a replacement. We also offer replacement small parts, so contact us if other components need attention.
An optional protective cover can be selected when ordering for use while the umbrella is closed. Follow the canopy removal and installation instructions for your Libra version, and plan the fabric change around service hours to limit disruption to outdoor seating.
