Boste Lounge Chair from Skargaarden

This lively outdoor lounger has a unique Scandinavia design but familiar feel. It's inspired by the iconic American Adirondack Chair but with flowing contemporary lines and subtle upscale accents. The sturdy wireframe is made of stainless steel powder-coated in black. This electrostatic finish protects the metal against rust and other damage from extended exposure to the elements.

The reclined seat and fan-shaped backrest are constructed using wide slats of FSC-certified teak. This eco-friendly hardwood is naturally oil-rich, strong and won't rot. Its warm honey-colored woodgrain will transition over time to an elegant silver grey if left untreated. Unlike the traditional chair from Westport, the Boste version of the Adirondack Chair incorporates soft corners and rounded edges to give the seat a more refined yet welcoming appearance. The front lip of the seat curves slightly downward to provide a more ergonomic shape to accommodate the bend of the knee. Additionally, the chair's wide armrests provide generous room for relaxing.
