The Shademaker Designer Collection redefines outdoor shade through fine detailing and creative expression. These canopy accent options let designers play with texture, contrast and color balance - allowing the umbrella to coordinate seamlessly or stand proudly as a visual centerpiece. Each accent adds subtle luxury through thoughtful, architectural design.
Add awning-grade binding to just the bottom or both the top vent and bottom of your canopy. You can also add either option to your valance accent.

How to order
- Umbrella Style Group - To begin, figure out which style group your patio umbrella belongs in - A, B or C (see table below).
- Canopy Accent - Then choose where you want your accent color based on the descriptions and images shown below.
- Canopy Fabric - Now, you need to decide on your secondary accent color. The fabric should be the same weight as your primary canopy fabric (i.e. use awning or furniture grade for both).
- Binding - Next, decide if you want binding and, if so, which format. Be sure that your binding selection matches your umbrella style group letter or is "None" (e.g. Solaris umbrella is in group B, so you must pick one of the four B options).
- Binding Fabric - If you chose binding, select a color that goes with or contrasts the canopy fabric of your umbrella (8 stocked colors). If not, click the X (i.e. "None").
If you're customizing a Gemini Dual Sidepost Umbrella, you'll need to order 2 of your customizations (one for each canopy).
