This contemporary cantilever umbrella has a streamlined design and sophisticated high-end appeal. Its vertical mast cover is made of sturdy aluminum and reinforced by a galvanized steel internal stem. The metal is powder-coated in your choice of Silver Shadow or Shadow Graphite. This matte coating helps to protect the aluminum against corrosion and other weather-related damage.

The offset umbrella's canopy has a modern low profile and is available in 10-foot octagon or square configurations. It has durable commercial-grade canopy fasteners that attach the fabric to the rib assembly. The canopy is constructed using furniture or awning grade textiles from premium brands such as Sunbrella®, O'bravia®, and Outdura®. These solution-dyed acrylic and polyester fabrics are colorfast, tear and water-resistant, protect against UV rays and help minimize mold and mildew. Furniture grade fabric is fine for most applications, while awning grade is best for coastal areas with high winds and salt air. Choose from a wide variety of vibrant colors and stylish neutral tones to coordinate or contrast with your outdoor palette.

Taurus features a gas piston-assisted lift system that enables you to quickly and easily open and close the umbrella. The canopy does not tilt but can rotate a full 360° with 8 locking positions. This allows you to coordinate the shade with the movement of the sun and keep you safe and comfortable. When not in use, this side post umbrella collapses into the mast, where you can slip on its protective cover.

This mid-sized offset patio umbrella can be used in both residential and hospitality settings.
