The Woodline Easilift Centerpost Umbrella uses an automatic lift system to open and close the canopy without a crank, pulley, rope or locking pin. Lift a canopy corner until the mechanism takes over and raises the shade into its locked position. To close it, pull the lower hub down until the system completes the movement. For hospitality teams opening several umbrellas each morning, this removes the need to turn a crank or insert a separate locking pin.
Choose from two octagonal sizes and two square options, all with a 1.9" diameter pole. Smaller canopies suit individual dining settings or shade between poolside loungers. Larger sizes extend coverage over broader seating groups. Square shapes follow linear furniture arrangements, while octagonal canopies complement round tables. Account for the centerpost and base when planning chair placement and guest circulation.
Easilift Canopy Sizes & Shapes
| Shape | Size | Pole Diameter |
|---|---|---|
| Octagon | 8'11" | 1.9" |
| Octagon | 11'6" | 1.9" |
| Square | 8'2" | 1.9" |
| Square | 9'5" | 1.9" |
The 9'5" square configuration does not close over a table. Allow space for the ribs to descend when planning its position.
Leave room to reach the lower hub when positioning Easilift between loungers or beside deep seating. Staff and guests shouldn't have to lean across furniture to close the canopy. For through-table installations, check the umbrella-hole diameter and closing clearance before selecting a size.
The anodized aluminum pole and finial complement metal dining chairs and loungers. The hubs combine stainless steel, aluminum and ABS polymer, while stainless steel connectors secure the ribs.
The Symphony solution-dyed acrylic canopy comes in a choice of colors to coordinate with upholstery and exterior finishes. Stainless steel LOXX fasteners allow the fabric to be detached for cleaning or replacement, so canopy care can be handled separately from the frame. A protective cover is included.
Choose a freestanding base when the shade position may change or a fixed mount for a permanent layout. The wheeled square metal option helps with repositioning a closed umbrella when tables or loungers are rearranged.
Easilift Umbrella Base & Mounting Options
| Size | Canopy Shape | Suggested Freestanding Bases |
|---|---|---|
| 8'11" | Octagon | Concrete base or wheeled 24" square metal base |
| 11'6" | Octagon | Concrete base or wheeled 24" square metal base |
| 8'2" | Square | Concrete base or wheeled 24" square metal base |
| 9'5" | Square | Concrete base or wheeled 24" square metal base |
Deck, concrete and in-ground mounts keep a freestanding base out of the furniture layout. Select the mounting hardware and receiver tube specified for Easilift.
Base and mounting options are sold separately. Suggested bases follow Woodline's configuration-specific guidance. A table does not replace the need for appropriate umbrella support.
Consider site exposure when selecting the installation position and support. Close and secure the umbrella when winds increase or whenever it's unattended.
