This hearty stainless steel mount is permanently installed in concrete slabs and then bolted to pole stands or umbrella spigots. It can be used with any shade solution from Woodline.
The Woodline Underground Mount anchors your shade in a fixed position without a weighted base beside furniture or walkways. Its stainless steel shaft is set into a concrete footing below ground and connects to your shade through model-specific mounting components.
Choose this mount for a settled furniture layout where you want to keep the area around the shade post clear. It is especially useful for a new patio or landscaped seating area, as the footing can be installed before the surrounding surface is finished. Installation requires excavation, so it is not suited to frequent repositioning.
Compatibility & Installation
The mount works with Woodline umbrellas and pavilions when paired with the correct connection components. These may include a support tube, spigot or spigot base plate, depending on the model. Confirm the required parts and number of mounts before ordering.
Rods extending from all four sides of the shaft help anchor it within the concrete. Before installation, check the shade position, canopy clearance and required footing dimensions. Allow the concrete to cure as specified in the installation instructions before attaching or using the shade.
Shade and model-specific connection components sold separately.
